University Programs

Colleges, universities and their students are important partners to Citizen Diplomacy programs. International exchange helps cement America's place as the world leader in international education. No country has trained more foreign leaders than the United States.

Institutional Partnerships

As a top regional asset, Citizen Diplomacy promotes Philadelphia's higher education institutions. With Universities facing a trend of fewer international students, Citizen Diplomacy partnerships help colleges:

Connect with Institutions via Sister Cities

Identify and contact foreign institutions in Sister Cities and other countries for transfer or articulation agreements promoting student enrollment and study abroad opportunities.

Exclusive Digital Learning Opportunities

Provide exclusive student learning opportunities by bringing International Professional Leadership Exchange participants (influential international leaders selected by embassies all over the world) right into the classroom.

Grow Your Network

Expand the professional network of faculty and administration through professional presentations or receptions, setting the stage for future international collaborations with exchange participants.

Expand Your Programs Internationally

Market adult and non-traditional student programs internationally, such as short-term English Language programs.
