Our international exchange programs expose Philadelphia university students to global learning opportunities. Students represent Philadelphia to international peers and leaders while cultivating diplomatic and cultural skills that prepare you for in-demand global careers.

Sister Cities Scholarships for Non-US Students
If you are a resident of Philadelphia’s Sister Cities, you can apply at several Philadelphia region universities for Sister City Scholarships to study and live in the City of Brotherly Love. Sister City Scholarship requirements and awards are determined by each granting institution and vary considerably - please contact schools directly with questions.
Arcadia University
A $15,000 annual academic, merit scholarship offered to new, full-time undergraduate students, first-year or transfer. Students must be pursuing a first bachelor’s degree full-time and must meet Arcadia’s Undergraduate Admissions Requirements. Drexel University
$2,666 Scholarship amount is awarded per academic quarter (Approx. $10,000 per year). Renewable for undergraduate career pending academic performance. Temple Fox School of Business MBA Program
Three scholarships per year are available for for residents from one of Philadelphia’s Sister Cities who have a GMAT score of 675 or higher, a GPA of 3.5 and above, and a minimum TOEFL score of 100 or IELTS score of 6.5. $5,000 for specialized Master's Programs and $10,000 for the MBA Program. Temple University
$10,000 per academic year for four years for eligible first-year applicants from one of Philadelphia’s Sister Cities. Scholarship deadline February 1, winners will be announced annually by April 1. Additionally, Temple recognizes international students who demonstrate a vision for enhancing intercultural understanding through the $20,000 #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship and the #WhyUS campaign and scholarships, which range from $2,000 to $10,000 for up to four consecutive years.
