Citizen Diplomats tuned in to chat with recent international visitor Dr. Emanuel Catumbela, the National Director of Post-Graduate Training for the Angolan Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation. He also serves on the medical faculty at Agostinho Neto University. In February, Emanuel and other Angolan educational leaders visited Philadelphia to tour our superb academic institutions as a part of a bilateral University Partnership Initiative.
